Leah Pinnavaia, Jeff and Joanie Plewinski at Cosmic Stepping Stones Performance at the Emegenza festival February 15th, 2004 at Mohawk Place in Buffalo, NY. Cosmic Stepping Stones backed up Jeff on his final CD project in 2004 before he passed away in August, 2004 from a chronic illness. We will miss Jeff so much, he was a true friend and very inspirational song writer. We love you Jeff !!!!
Now that the summer is finally starting, we hope to see you at some upcoming summer shows. We will be coming out with a new CD soon containing the Toronto Sessions and Rare B sides. We'll keep everyone posted.
We just wanted to thank Kirk Beers for sitting in and playing a great set with us at Broadway Joe's on 5/7/04. Kirk arrived that day from Seattle and hasn't played
with us in a year but never missed a beat. Also we wanted to thank Jessika Schreiber for also sitting in and providing backup vocals. Great Job! Thanks again and until next time...Keep it real! independent artists. WVIA is a AAA/Public Radio station in the Scranton, Wlikes Barre area in PA.
Here is the latest installment of news on the Cosmic Stepping Stones front line. The North east radio promotion went well with several stations picking up the new release and playing it in light to medium rotation. The following is a list of stations and cities: WPKN-Bridgeport, CT-light rotation
The only problem with developing radio play is that it needs to go on for at least a few months, which we cannot afford. If there is anyone who would like to donate some corporate dollars to an
extremely good cause please see our contact page to reach us.
Just to update everybody to what's been happening this page is an FYI to what the band will be doing in the future. Please see the dates page to find out where we'll be next and stop out to one of our shows. Bring a printed copy of the dates page and we will give you a discount on our newest release. December 7th 2002 is a show at Macaroon's and it is our Farewell for the Holidays show. There will be CDs to give a way and some good Holiday Cheer. It is important that all of our supporters make it out because it will be the last time that you'll see us until after January 1st of 2003. We have started a NorthEast radio campaign and we'll keep everyone posted on how the new CD is being received. Also we just started working with the Music Insider, who have been very nice to us and will start looking at industry people and hopefully will make some contacts for us. The long awaited release of the CD COMPILATION entitled "Bring It Back To Life", featuring the finest recording groups from Buffalo and Western New York
should be ready for release in December.
